I am currently teaching at Malobago Elementary School in Samar, Philippines as a Kindergarten teacher. Ihave completed the online application in the district's website. Iwant to express my interest to apply as a teacher in your school. I graduated with a Bachelor of Elementary Education at Asean Development College in Tacloban City, Philippines last May 3, 2014. I pursued Master of Arts ni Education major ni Educational Management at Asean Development Foundation Colege ni Tacloban City from June 1, 2019- June 30, 2021 with 42 academic units. I have successfully completed the requirements of TESOL Certificates.I am an enthusiastic and passionate teacher who strives to create classroom atmosphere where students are engaged by implementing effective teaching strategies and utilizing technology to adapt to the needs of 21st century learners. I believe that learning is evident when students are engaged and involved in the learning process. I believe that students need to be involved in the learning process in order to have a successful learning experience. I see myself as resourceful and creative teacher. Ialso believe that all children have unique and varied needs. As a teacher, I aim to empower students to become curious, independent, and lifelong learners. By differentiating instruction and addressing individual needs, I ensure that all students feel successful and valued. I develop purposeful and appropriate lesson plans for effective teaching. Ihave proven effective classroom management that offers safe and inclusive environment to make students feel heard and accepted. Ioffer varied learning opportunities to meet the needs of 21st century learners using instructional technology. Finally, I build positive parent-teacher relationship for a successful academic year. Play is the language of childhood, and I consider it a fundamental tool for learning. Every child learns at their own pace and in their own way. I believe in tailoring my teaching strategies to meet each child's unique needs, interests, and strengths. By recognizing individual differences and offering personalized guidance, Ihelp each child reach their ful potential and experience the joy of personal growth. I am a team player.
